Choosing the Right Product
Which machine fits my site?
By area — up to 100 m²: manual water-fed brush or cleaning mop; 100–500 m²: single-head WSE-G02; 500–6,000 m²: double-head WSE-G03 or roller WSE-G04; large, high or hard-to-reach rooftops: crawler robot WSE-R01B; large ground-mount farms: hanging robot WSE-R20.
Single-head, double-head or roller?
Single-head (WSE-G02) is best for stubborn dirt, bird droppings and thick dust on smaller sites. Double-head (WSE-G03) doubles the cleaning width to 0.7 m with a counter-rotating second head for a steadier, faster clean. The roller (WSE-G04) also covers 0.7 m and is the fastest for routine dust and light soiling in dry mode.
Can I use a robot and brushes together?
Yes — that is the most common setup. The robot covers large open areas; brushes clean edges, odd shapes and rows the robot can’t reach. Robot + brush = full coverage.
Do you have a machine for large ground-mount farms?
Yes. Alongside the WSE-R01B crawler robot (best for rooftops), the WSE-R20 hanging cleaning robot is built for large, ground-mounted centralized plants — an autonomous system that sweeps long rows of panels with minimal supervision.
What about very small or household systems?
For 100–500 m² residential and storage systems, the WSE-G01 water-fed brush (non-powered, with an optional pump) and the WSE-G00 cleaning mop are light, low-cost tools that need no electricity.
Cleaning Performance
Wet cleaning or dry cleaning?
Electric brushes and the robot support both. Wet mode uses harder PBT bristles for stubborn dirt; dry mode (nylon) sweeps loose dust. The manual brush is wet-only.
How fast is each machine?
Approximate throughput: manual brush ~150 m²/h · single-head ~225 m²/h · double-head or roller ~350 m²/h · crawler robot ~1,450 m²/h. Figures are estimates — actual results depend on soiling level and site conditions.
What can it clean off?
Dust, sand, iron filings, pollen and bird droppings. The harder PBT bristles handle dried, stubborn deposits.
How much water does it use?
Around 0.4 L per m² in wet mode, depending on soiling. A reverse-osmosis filter can be added for spot-free results on sensitive sites.
Can you help with water quality or measuring soiling?
Yes. A WSE-A40 reverse-osmosis (RO) unit purifies river, reservoir, rain or ground water for spot-free cleaning, and the WSE-A60 optical soiling sensor estimates how much dirt is costing you (per IEC 61724-1) so you clean only when it pays.
Power & Battery
Corded or cordless?
Electric brushes come in municipal (plug-in), lithium (cordless) or dual-use versions. The robot runs on two 24 V / 26 Ah lithium packs.
How long does a charge last?
Single-head 8–10 h · double-head and roller 5–6 h · robot 6–8 h on two packs. The charger refills a pack in about 4 hours.
Are batteries interchangeable across machines?
Yes — the 24 V / 26 Ah pack and charger are shared across single-head, double-head, roller and robot.
What plug standard do you ship?
Local-standard plugs for your country, and voltage-appropriate versions — just tell us your destination.
Poles, Water & Connections
How long is the pole?
Aluminum 3.5 / 5.5 / 7.5 m; carbon fiber up to 11.5 m (lighter, made to order).
What water source can I connect?
Any tap or pump feeding a 20–25 mm outlet, via the quick-lock connector. Standard hose is about 40 m (extensions available); max pressure 0.8 MPa.
Can I use my own pump?
Yes, within limits — max pressure ~0.5 MPa, flow under 12 L/min, Ø8 mm hose fit. Send us your setup and we’ll confirm compatibility.
Safety
Is it safe to clean near live panels?
Yes. On the electric brushes the sponge grip and PET brush head are fully insulated (non-conductive). Brushless motors are rated IP65.
Will the robot fall off the array?
No — anti-drop edge detection stops it at gaps (up to 20 cm) and you unlock it remotely, with no need to climb up.

Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes — OEM/ODM including private branding, custom pole length, power version and brush material for distributors and importers.
Can you tailor a machine to our conditions?
Yes. Share your module tilt, layout, voltage, plug type and water source, and we’ll spec the right configuration.
Warranty & Service
What is the warranty?
Robot body 1 year; electric brush machine 1 year. Wear parts differ — brush 1–3 months, battery 6 months, track 6 months.
What’s the expected lifespan?
Robot ~10 years, electric brush machine ~5 years, motor ~20,000 hours, battery ~2,000 charge cycles with proper care.
