60 cm rolling brush, dry or wet, IP68 — fast routine cleaning for 500–6,000 m² plants.
Overview
Rolling-brush cleaning machine for fast dry or wet cleaning.
A 60 cm roller with direct-drive, chainless transmission clears dust, scale and light dried droppings quickly — matched to 500–6,000 m² solar plants.
Why this machine
Key Benefits

Direct-drive, chainless
the motor is built into the roller and drives it directly — no chain, no sprockets, no tensioner. Chain drives are what usually fail first on a pole tool, because the one thing a rooftop has plenty of is grit; removing the chain removes that failure mode entirely.

Pure copper brushless motor
pure copper windings and a brushless design give a theoretical life over 20,000 hours at 85 W per unit (175 W peak). No carbon brushes means no brush dust and no brush changes, which is what normally ends the life of an ordinary motor on a dusty site.

Wireless remote start/stop
water and power both switch from a wireless remote, so the operator never makes or breaks a water/electrical connection while standing at the array. It also saves the walk back to the pump or socket every time a row is finished.

High-pressure rapid wash
jets above the roller form a water curtain that flushes dirt off the glass and keeps the brush itself clean as it turns. A brush that carries its own grit is what puts fine scratches into an anti-reflective coating, so rinsing the roller is as much about protecting the module as about speed.

IP68 build, gentle bristles
sealed to IP68 for dusty, wet and harsh sites, with high-density specialty fibre bristles that cover a wide area without scratching panel glass. At 12.8 kg net (excluding battery) it stays a genuine one-person tool on a 7.5 m pole.
Why this one
A roller, not a disc
Dry or wet cleaning
sweep loose dust and sand dry when water is scarce, or open the spray for stuck-on soiling and bird droppings. The 60 cm roller covers more glass per pass than a disc head, and water flow tops out at 4 L/min, so a wet pass stays generous without flooding the row below.

- 60 cm rolling brushCleans dry or wet, and covers more glass per pass than a disc head.
- Direct drive, no chainThe motor sits inside the roller — the part that usually fails first is gone.
- IP68 sealedBuilt for dusty, wet and harsh sites, bristles that will not scratch glass.
- 12.8 kg netA genuine one-person tool, even on a 7.5 m pole.
