Mobile RO system — up to 500 L/h pure water for spot-free panel cleaning.
Overview
Mobile reverse-osmosis system for spot-free cleaning water — anywhere.
The hand-pushed A40 purifies surface water (river, reservoir, rain) and groundwater into stable, pure water for solar panel and glass cleaning, and can even provide safe drinking water for site crews.
Why this machine
Key Benefits

Two capacities
300 L/h or 500 L/h of product water, so you size the unit to the cleaning fleet rather than making the fleet wait on the water. A 300 L/h unit keeps a single brush crew supplied continuously; step up when two heads or a robot are drawing at once.

Feeds from what’s available
runs off tap water, pollution-free groundwater or Class III and above surface water, accepting inlet TDS up to 1000 ppm, turbidity under 10 NTU, residual chlorine under 0.1 ppm and pH 6–8. In other words it works from what is already on the site instead of requiring water to be trucked in.

Mobile by design
the whole system is trolley-mounted on two wheels at 50 kg net and 485 × 523 × 1530 mm, so one person rolls it to the row rather than running a hose across the plant. Supply is standard AC 220 V / 50 Hz at 750 W — one ordinary socket or a small generator.

Stable water quality
within the specified inlet conditions and at 5–45 °C working temperature, output quality stays consistent from the first panel to the last. Front-panel gauges show inlet TDS and working pressure, so the operator can see the membrane is doing its job instead of finding out from spots on the glass.
What it tells you
Rinse that dries spot-free
Spot-free results
reverse osmosis strips the dissolved minerals that leave white spots when rinse water dries on glass, so panels can be left to air-dry with no wiping and no streaks. On high-value or hard-to-reach arrays that is the difference between cleaning and re-cleaning.
- L/hPurified water per hour
- ≤ ppmInlet water it still handles
- WOff one ordinary socket
- kgRolls to the row on wheels
